29 Days To Go until 21st Century ABBA at Wickham Festival!

With only 29 days to go until 21st Century ABBA take the stage at Wickham Festival, we thought we would share some of our favourite ABBA songs with you! We know it’s impossible to choose a top five songs, but here are a few that never fail to make us sing along.

1. SOS - the simplicity of those opening piano chords, followed by the huge chorus - perfection!

2. Fernando - the ultimate ‘sing along at the top of your lungs’ song.

3. Voulez Vous - this song is all about the harmonies.

4. Dancing Queen - I dare you to hear the opening notes and not immediately start dancing!

5. Waterloo - You can say ‘an absolute classic’ about all of ABBA’s songs, but this one really is!

JUST ANNOUNCED! FLEETWOOD COLLECTIVE SUPPORTING 21ST CENTURY ABBA!

Fantastic news - the incredible Fleetwood Collective will be supporting 21st Century ABBA on Thursday 3rd August at Wickham Festival!

Fleetwood Collective is a collaboration between some of Southampton’s finest musicians who have taken on the joyous task of meticulously recreating the Fleetwood Mac live shows, from their glorious peak in the 1970s and 80s.

Songs featured in the set include all the classic fan favourites such as Rhiannon, The Chain and Go Your Own Way, as well as hidden gems, solo hits and album tracks, along with one or two surprises from the early years.

The band really put their focus on the music. The guitar tones, the intriguing song structures and the 3-part harmonies that helped elevate Fleetwood Mac to worldwide adoration are lovingly and painstakingly recreated here.

Fleetwood Collective's mission is to deliver the music of Fleetwood Mac with the same passion and dedication to performance that the real band did in their heyday.
